ONE CODE. ONE BYTE. INFINITE SCALE.

A software and brand studio in Islamabad. We build AI systems, web and mobile products, and the identities that carry them — for founders in the US and the Gulf, and for businesses here in Pakistan that most studios never bother to visit.

01 // APPROACH

“Software is cheap to start and expensive to live with. Most of what we get paid for is the second part — the decisions that are still holding two years later, when the team has changed and the traffic hasn’t.”

Abubaker Ranjha, Founder & CEO · Est. 2022

We build for year two

Anyone can ship a demo in a fortnight. The question we ask on day one is what breaks at ten times the load, and who gets woken up when it does. That answer shapes the schema long before it shapes the screens.

Brand is a product decision

How a thing looks and how it works are the same argument. We put the identity and the interface in front of the same people in the same week, because nobody buying from you experiences them separately.

Small team, senior only

The people who scope your project are the people who build it. There is no account layer, and no handoff to a junior bench once the contract is signed. It is also a hard ceiling on how much work we can take at once, which we have decided we can live with.

02 // SERVICES

What we do.

Four things, and they tend to arrive together. A product that works but cannot explain itself is only half built.

TECHNOLOGY TRACK
01

AI Systems

Retrieval pipelines, agents, and fine-tuning — usually in that order, because most problems that sound like fine-tuning turn out to be retrieval problems in a costume. Vector search, evaluation harnesses so you can tell when a change made things worse, and a cost model before you commit to a provider.

02

Product Engineering

Next.js and React at the front, Node or FastAPI behind it, Postgres or Supabase underneath. Mobile in Flutter or React Native when one codebase genuinely serves both stores rather than half-serving each. Typed end to end, deployed on every merge.

Brand & Identity

Naming, marks, typography, and a written voice that has to survive a hundred other people using it without you in the room. Delivered as a system someone else can apply — rules, files and worked examples — not a folder of exports.

04

Growth Engineering

Paid acquisition, technical SEO, and analytics that reconciles with your database instead of quietly contradicting it. Conversion work driven by session recordings and a test log, so the wins are attributable and the losses are visible.

05 // STUDIO

Built in Islamabad.
Three time zones deep.

We incorporated in Islamabad in December 2022 and stayed. Not as a cost play — the engineers we wanted to work with are here.

The first enterprise AI integration we shipped was for a client in Maryland, built through load-shedding and whatever bandwidth we had that afternoon.

We closed a $50,000 contract without meeting anyone in person. That is not a hardship story and we would rather not tell it as one — it is simply how the work got done, and it set the pattern for everything since: remote, written down, and judged on what shipped.

The studio now runs across three time zones: Maryland for US clients, Islamabad for engineering, Riyadh for the Gulf. The same people are on the call whichever one you reach.

Some of the work we are most attached to is fifteen minutes from the office. A brass wholesaler quoting entirely over WhatsApp. A Hijama clinic with real credentials and no way to be found online. A housing society of forty thousand people running on paper. None of those come with a famous logo attached, and they taught us more about what software is actually for than any of the ones that do.

RADICAL ACCOUNTABILITY
We never miss. Not deadlines, not scope, not quality.
GEOGRAPHIC ARBITRAGE
World-class engineering. Strategic cost advantages.
FIRST-PRINCIPLES DESIGN
We discard assumptions. We rebuild from zero.

Abubaker Ranjha

Founder & CEO

Shipped his first product in 2021 and had a profitable studio by 2022, without a computer-science degree or an investor. He still does the technical scoping on every project, which is either a strength or a bottleneck depending on the week.

06 // PROCESS

How we ship.

Five stages. You can stop after any one of them.

01

Audit

Two weeks, paid, and yours to keep. We go through the codebase, the analytics, the funnel and the competitive set, then come back with what we would do and what it costs. Some clients take that document and execute it themselves, which is a fine outcome.

WEEK 1 // Discovery brief · Competitive audit · Tech assessment

Architecture

Schema, service boundaries and the brand system on paper before anything gets built. This is the cheapest place to be wrong, so it is where we spend the arguing.

WEEK 1-2 // Architecture doc · Brand strategy · Roadmap
02
03

Build

Two-week sprints, each ending in something you can open in a browser. A Loom walkthrough every 48 hours, so you never have to sit through a status meeting to find out where things stand.

WEEKS 3-10+ // Working software · Brand assets · Updates

Harden

Load testing, accessibility, the browser matrix, and a performance budget we hold ourselves to in writing. This is the phase that gets quietly skipped when a deadline slips, so we schedule it as work rather than as slack.

ONGOING // QA reports · Benchmarks · Iteration backlog
04
05

Launch

Deploy, monitoring, analytics, and thirty days of watching the graphs with you. Handover includes the runbook and the on-call notes, not just the repository.

FINAL WEEK // Live product · Launch assets · Monitoring

They built our AI backend in six weeks. Our previous agency had scoped the same thing as a six-month, $200k engagement. What we got back was also better structured than what we were originally sold.
— CTO · US FinTech Platform · Maryland, 2024
"
Abubaker spent the first week telling us the thing we had asked for was not the thing we needed, then showed his working. He was right, and it saved us a quarter.
— Founder · Digital Health Startup · Riyadh, KSA · 2023
"
Investors ask who did our branding before they ask about the technology. That was not what we expected to get out of a build engagement.
